YAY! College clean up day is coming. -.-
hahas.

Attendance is COMPULSORY!
The reporting time is 3.30pm.
We will only be dismissed once everyone in the CG has completed their assigned tasks.
[ So if you finished your task early, help others so that we can be dismissed earlier. (: ]
NOTE: Latecomers and or early leavers will not be awarded the full CIP hours.

Our class has been assigned with Class 423 and 424 to clean up.

I've already assigned different tasks for everyone.
The class is divided into two groups, each group will proceed to clean up their allocated class on wed.


Group A ( Class 423)

2 to clean the windows, doors ----- Anwar and Joon Keat
2 to clean the walls------ Wei Jie and Shi Jie
1 to clean the teacher's table and chair, board and OHP---- Beatrice
3 to clean the tables and chairs and to rearrange the tables and chairs in pairs----- Rachel, Fiona, Jin man

2 to sweep and mop the floor in the classrooms---- Sabrina and Aisyah
2 to sweep and mop the corridor------ Lipin and Hazel

Anwar will be incharge of Group A


Group B (424)

2 to clean the windows, doors ----- Jia Ming and Ernest
2 to clean the walls------ Yao xiang and Aloy
2 to clean the teacher's table and chair, board and OHP---- Renee and Syaf
3 to clean the tables and chairs and to rearrange the tables and chairs in pairs----- Kathy, Sherry and Jac

2 to sweep and mop the floor in the classrooms---- Wan jing and Nafeeshah
2 to sweep and mop the corridor------ Yunqi and Izzah

I will be incharge of Group B

Cleaning Tasks.

1. Tables and Chairs- scrub with green scrubbing-pad and wipe with moistened rags. remove graffiti if any
2. Window panels and ledge- wipe with moistened rags( after which, wipe with newspaper)
3. White board and ledge- wipe with moistened rags
4. waste baskets- empty all trash into black garbage bag
5. walls- wipe off footprints or marks with moistened rags
6. OHP cable and trolley- wipe with rag
7. Floor- sweep and mop. DO NOT pour water directly onto the floor.
8. Corridor- sweep and mop

i will brief the class on what to bring and who to bring what either on mon or tues. (:
